What does it cost candidates?

Nothing. We charge a contingency fee to our clients for successful introductions.

Do I have to speak to a bot?

No. Your connection to us will be human.
What part does AI play in my experience?

Our intelligence layer matches candidates with opportunities on genuine, relevant signals rather than buzzwords. Expert recruiters then validate every shortlisted person directly. We use agents to help coordinate the process on both sides, such as booking interviews and chasing feedback.
Is my profile kept confidential? What about my data?

Always. Candidates hold a single private profile, and we don’t announce introductions made by us without your permission. We retain your data so we can keep you informed about other opportunities down the line. We never sell your data.
Do you offer referral fees for new candidate/client introductions?

Yes - if you make an introduction to a candidate or company where we subsequently make a placement, we will give you $5,000.
How do we get started?

Employers can send us a brief and we will reply within a day. Candidates can join the network to be matched with the mandates worth their time.
