    We charge a $500 non-refundable retainer per role-type, to prevent non-serious engagements. We then operate on a contingency basis, with a tiered fee structure which varies on factors such as funding/revenue and role salary.

  • Which roles and sectors do you cover?

    We place experienced and leadership talent across primarily AI, deep tech and financial institutions, including areas such as Engineering, Product, Go To Market and key leadership positions.

  • How quickly will I see a shortlist?

    We aim to deliver our first candidates in hours, and on a continuous basis until the role is filled.

  • How do you assess whether someone is a fit? How do you use AI?

    Our intelligence layer matches candidates with opportunities on genuine, relevant signals rather than buzzwords. Expert recruiters then validate every shortlisted person directly. We use agents to help coordinate the process on both sides, such as booking interviews and chasing feedback.

  • Can we run confidential searches?

    Absolutely. By default we operate with discretion, and will agree an approach to visibility with you during kick-off.

  • Do you offer a refund/replacement guarantee?

    Yes - in the event our candidate leaves within 8-weeks from start date. Alternatively, we will apply a partial-credit to your next hire with us.

  • Do you offer referral fees for new client introductions?

    Yes - if you make an introduction to a company where we subsequently make a placement, we will give you $5,000.

  • How do we get started?

    Employers can send us a brief and we will reply within a day. Candidates can join the network to be matched with the mandates worth their time.
